Quinn bug - can't use abilities or basic attack champions-

Hello, for the past games that I have been playing with Quinn I have been getting this bug where the enemy champ is right in front of me and try clicking them and use my abilities but nothing happens, I can move and basic attack minions but champions, is a no no. This has happen more offend when i fought against Akali and Yi, the last one that this happen was with Graves. I will see if I can upgrade this post again, with video proof, thanks for the time.
