can't launch client or reinstall,update

Tried to launch league,got a message saying "No internet found". Tried a bunch of fixes,none worked,tried to reinstall league and now i cant install cause i cant connect to riot i guess. Updater doesnt move and says "repair failed". No Firewall,No anti-virus,port forwarded,tried a bunch of dns servers.

yeah turns out problem was a .dll i replaced in my sys32 folder while trying to fix something else. reverting to the old one gave my league client internet access again i guess. doubt this will help anyone but there you go
