Ulti wukong in aram don't damage

Hi, I have had several wukong in ARAM recently, and i notice something rather shocking. The ultimate does almost no damage, even with a full ad build against a jinx with 0 armor. Then, i played wukong in normal and i didn't notice any issues. Seems this bug occurs only in ARAM.
