Turret Armor Bug

Turret armor is always (independent of stuff, time, champions...) bugging in custom games ; in fact the value of the armor is constantly changing between 0 and the value that should be normal.

It's not only a visual bug (damages taken correspond to armor displayed)

It affects gameplay by making turret very easily destroyable.

Other observations: when there is no creeps nearby the bugged turret, armor is 200 which is normal.

I didn't test it in other mods or map at the moment.

Same in any modes, rank... The value keep change.

This is a pretty annoying bug. This is due to the scaling of turrets introduced in patch 5.22.: (Taken from patch notes)

(NEW) WE CAN REBUILD: Turrets gain 2 armor and magic resist per minute, up to a maximum of 30. Outer towers begin scaling at game-start, Inner towers at 15 minutes, Inhibitor & Nexus towers at 30 minutes.

It seems that the armor and magic resist the turrets are gaining does not stick to them. This is pretty game breaking since it means turrets die incredibly easily. (You hit the turret without its bonus resists more often than not it appears to have a ratio of about 8:2) 8 being no resists and 2 being resists added.
