cant join new game

i finished a ranked game (all 10 players got dc at bout 30 min), closed the game client and because stats didnt show up i skipped them. after that i wanted to play another game and i couldnt go in queue (like i was in an unfinished game) i tryed reloging and after that i restarted my computer and got the recconect screen when i loged in after that the screen remaned blank pls help i dont know what else to do.
