Nonplayable Game

Hello fellow Summoners,

This is my 1st time i write here so ... :)

I am pretty sure that many of you know firewall error. Its here for more then year and still not fixed. I dont know how you, but i am really pissed of. Today i played 4 ranked matches :

1. one - firewall error
2. one - bug splat
3. one - unexpected error (or something like that)
4. one - loading screen on 100 % but cannot join game

I was playing with my duo/cousin and he was experiencing the same errors but not in the same time.

It is really boring to press the recconect button hundred times till i can finally play... and this leaver buster doesn´t give a single fck if i wanted to afk or no.

The thing is that i paid for game that doesn´t work and i want either PROPERLY working game or my money back.

So please RIOT, be honest ! I dont want your ugly skins every week or op champs every month. What about u finally repair your broken game?!!!

In other case, is there any way to report/state somewhere RIOT so they will finally start doing something ?
