Fizz Ultimate on a Champion that's retreating doesn't cancel the retreat.

I'm not sure if it's intended or not, but there seems to be a bug with Fizz's ultimate, which if used on a Champion that's half-way retreated, it doesn't cancel the retreat and the ultimate activates in the enemy base then.

Champions: Fizz and any enemy Champion that's half-way retreated.

Location on the Map: Everywhere, you could say (Where it's usable)

Items and the Game Menu have no effect on this issue

It happened in my last recent game as Fizz, in which i ulted Fiora as she was retreating, and the ult didn't stop her retreat, which caused the ultimate to activate in her base

You mean recall??

Fowus11/14/2015, 10:56:32 PM1 votes

it doesn't do damage on contact with the champ

Fizz's ult increases the damages you deal to the champion AFTER you cast it, but the ult, the fish itself doesn't have any damage. And the bump is a few seconds later, so I guess she had time to recall.

the fish you throw does no damage whatsoever, and it doesnt move the champion either, it just amplifies the next time you will deal damage while its under them, the hit itself is a few seconds later, so what youre describing can happen, and its not a bug.

Damage and CC stop champions from recalling.

Fizz's ultimate doesn't apply either until after the delay when the shark jumps up.

You would run into a similar situation with Challenging Smite since the smite itself doesn't deal damage.
