Client crash on open

Just tried to open the client and received this error message. It's not a typical window, there's no way to close it, but I can move it around. Text below:

Failed to load URL "https://riot:[email protected]:3659/index.html" with error "unsafe port" (-312).

It doesn't even close by right clicking the item in the taskbar and closing it there. I was able to close it through the task manager.

After I closed it through the task manager, Trying to open the client again failed, but provided no error message. I'm going to reboot and see if that fixes the problem.

UPDATE: I rebooted and was able to get the client open.
