Approach Velocity bug with Zoe

Dear Riot Team,

I've tested the rune "Approach Velocity" in training mode and noticed, that it doesn't work with Zoe's "E" ability - or to be more precisely - with her Sleep/Drowsy debuff. The movement speed is increased for a split second (less than 0,25s) and is instantly lost (for other champion such as Morgana it works perfectly fine - her movement speed is increased for the whole root duration while for Zoe this isn't the case).

Could you please check this bug?
