I need help fixing a problem

So, i'm having a problem where it will disconnect form the game about 5 minutes in. It says That the issue is a firewall is blocking the connection but i have all my firewalls shut off. I can retry connecting over and over again and the once in a while it will let me in but only for a second. Then it disconnects. I've seen other people say that the problem was their isp. My isp is GCI. If anyone can help it is appreciated greatly.

I was a able to find out what the problem was. It turned out to be the router which had a firewall in it. So all i had to do was go to my router settings and disable it and now it works just fine.
