Just won two games and didn't get any lp it just said victory like in a normals game.

Yeah same. You also don't lose any LP.

Seems like the games don't even get tracked. The client shows "260 games won" despite me having won 262 as of now.

op.gg also shows the games match history but W/L LP and games played don't change and since they draw it directly from the API maybe there is some issue with tracking the games.

Seems promo games aren't being recorded either, just played two games to finish my promos into gold 3 and got nothing for them.

My Ip also went from 24 to 0 when you changed ranks if you were 5 now your 4. Maybe its catch up?

They are counted. If you log out and log back in, your LP gains/losses will show.

Could possibly be what the maintenance is about, I immediately saw all my accounts as unranked though they were all ranked. Patch notes didn't say anything about having to redo placements or anything so idk, hopefully we get a red post

Update - Riot disabled ranked btw which is why LP was not lost or gained

Guys just wait for season 9... It's not like ranked right now count as anything beside maybe mmr.

I think at some point Riot said that most people will start at division 4 in their current rank, and the first ten games you gain like +30--45 LP for wins and when you lose nothing happens during the placement. I guess it suppose to make the hard reset be less punishing.

But any way there's like 2 months left of preseason, relax...

It seems to be just really slow. I won the last game of my promos and it didn't display the rank up, but after a few hours, and re-logging it showed up.

I lost promos, it tracked that but subsequently won 3 games in a row after that and they weren't accounted for..
