[Gameplay] Wrong color nexus on Crystal Scar

The Nexus on the right-side is always red, regardless of which team you're on. Nexus should be blue for right-side team to match blue nexus health bar. Relative Team Colors does not appear to affect anything.

1. Join a game on the Crystal Scar.
2. Be on right-side team.
3. Look at nexus health bar compared to actual nexus.
