League Window Rescalin

The problem only began when I switched over to a 4k monitor. When league of legends opens in a Full-screen window at (1920x1080) all of the windows running in the background (ie. Chrome, OBS) get pushed into the upper left of the monitor. I'm not sure if it is a Win10 issue or a league of legends issue but, it is SUPER annoying.
