Server Lag

I was playing a ranked game today, and had severe lag. I thought my computer had issues, but after chatting for a while, I realized that all 10 people were having the same issues. Then the screen froze completely for a while. I tried reconnecting, but it didn't solve the issue. And then the game just disappeared(?), and I couldn't reconnect. I would like to know if anybody else had similar issues.
