Surfing Nidalee Bug

Been seeing a lot of Nidalee lately since I guess snow bunny was on sale recently (I don't pay attention to skin sales), and even nidalee on arms, and more often than not she appears to be surfing across the screen. Now I don't mean her leap. I know her leap has obnoxious range, but this happens in her human form.

Any time Nidalee leaves my teams sight and comes back into vision, she seems to surf across the screen (over walls, over creep waves, and everything else). She can throw spears and cast normal since the bug doesn't affect the caster, but spears suddenly appearing a mile from nidalee as her model has to race to catch up to her actual position is incredibly annoying. It also makes it hard to tell if she's entering or leaving combat.

I'm not the only one experiencing this, I have one or two other members of my team that can see it per match, and it only happens in like 50% of the matches I see her, but it's incredibly annoying.
