Rod of Ages Information/Display [BUG]

As you can see in the picture above, I have 10 stacks on my Rod of Ages but it did not show the added stats (numbers in yellow). I tried using Ryze again with Rod of Ages (on another account) and it had the same problem but I don't think it really affected my gameplay. I'm not sure if the bug also exists when Rod of Ages is used by another champion other than Ryze (haven't tried it).
