Talon Ultimate Mana Cost x2 (Unable to retract blades without mana)

Once you have paid the initial mana cost & Talons ultimate is active, if you attempt to retract the blades early (eg.. Double tap ultimate to instantly retract them) the hotkey is both greyed out and uncastable if you do not have the required mana to cast it twice.

If you do have the required mana, it is consumed twice resulting in a 200 mana cost ult at level 6 (That is roughly 50% of his entire mana pool)

In game example A, -Talons current mana 120 -Cast ultimate for 100 mana -Talons current mana 20 -Cannot manually retract blades unless you have at least 100 mana

In game example B, -Talons current mana 220 -Cast ultimate for 100 mana -Talons current mana 120 -Manually retract blades for 100 mana -Talons curent mana 20
