Disconnect during loading screen

Every time I attempt to start a game (Rift or TFT), I make it to the loading screen and it will begin to load like normal. Then the loading percent freezes on a random percentage for a long while, then tells me I have disconnected. I try repeatedly to reconnect, only for the load percentage to freeze on 12% and disconnect again. Received 2 ranked TFT losses this morning attempting to play (after finding out this was not a one time thing, I switched to trying normal TFT so as not to lose LP). I repaired the client, fully reinstalled the game, and even reformatted my whole hard drive (it was overdue anyway) to try and fix this issue to no avail.

Patch 9.14 is bugged Riot trying to fix minor problems instead of the bigger ones i think. Client is full of bugs since 9.14 i cant even begin to count them all. only hope is to force restart your comp and re-log.

I'm having a similar issue. The loading screen shows 100% and the game never starts... only to have a leaverbuster of 20min. for 5 games. It has occurred on 2 occasions. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
