My game crashes when using a specific champ + skin

Just tried playing a game as Slayer Jinx (Jinx main, so I have played her countless amount of times), and my game continuously crashes, not allowing me to even attempt to load into the game. This is the second or third time this has happened to me in the past week, and Ive realized that every time it has happened, it's when I'm trying to play Slayer Jinx. I just played a game right before this last one, and had no issue what so ever.

Now, Ive played this champ with this skin a few times before, not having any crashes, but that was when the skin was first released. I am not sure if the skin and my crashing are related, but it very suspicious.
