Kalista bug with lulu polymorph
I'm not sure if it's just kalista but it's the only champ i could get it to work on.

I can confirm this too (even though video is enough). It happened to me twice in crucial fights and lost us the game, as she should've died both times, not gone on to carry the fight. It's pretty huge even if match-up specific, would like to see her disabled if it can't be fixed fast (coming from a lulu support player). One time polymorph worked correctly however, i think it's to do with polymorphing her during her leap, arising with the change in the most recent patch to her passive, so will only happen in this particular matchup.
It's a pretty bad bug for a spell that's supposed to be semi-complete suppression. Specially since Kalista is a very common ADC to see on the rift. I had this happen to me when I was dueling her and it was pretty lame to have her beat me while polymorphed.
Can confirm this as well, needs to be fixed, i have to agree it appears to happen when using it during her leap.
seen it, please fix it. Cant play lulu till kalista is fixed, favorite champ is off limits now.
