[GAMEPLAY] Couldn't attack 2nd tier tower in normals game as Sivir

Friend and I just in a normals game, i was Sivir and while pushing mid lane i right clicked the 2nd tower (first was destroyed) and sivir would attack it normally. I think i Q'd to harass a Katarina, ran out of tower range and tried to resume attacking the tower just to have her stand in AA range without doing anything. Moving back in and out of range of the tower didnt fix the bug. Couldn't attack that tower again for the rest of the game. (was destroyed later on).

Have literally no clue how to recreate the bug. Has never occurred for me before, but it simply DOES exist and shoud be bought to your attention.

Can't find where to include logs for the game... hope this helps though.
