cant load into the game [ Client ]

i experience a very annoying bug when i try to load into the game.. it shows i have loaded 100% but i never get in the game. After a couple of minutes in the loading screen the client crashes and when i try to reconect the game is remaked and i get leavebusters and i lose lp. it happened twice in five games and one time about 6 games before.
