My games keep disconecting without any reason[CRASH]

ive been having this problem that the game will crash and the attempting to connect load bar will show. This will go on until i leave the game, the client will then crash and i will not be able to reopen it until I completely shutdown my computer. this is litterally making it impossible to play. if there is any way to fix this please tell
