Cannot gift RP if there is an apostrophe in the message body

Description of problem: When gifting RP, if there is an apostrophe in the gift message, clicking on the "gift RP" button does not bring up an RP purchase window.

Steps to reproduce

1. Logged into the game client
2. Clicked to go to the store
3. Clicked on the "Gifting Center" button
4. Entered a friend as the recipient
5. Clicked the "Purchase RP for a friend" button
6. Entered a single apostrophe into the "enter text..." box
7. Clicked "Gift RP"
8. The "Select Payment" window never opened

The error was reproducible.
