new patch making it unable to play with out reinstalling in windows 10

Anyone else having problems with 8.16 loading into game? Windows 10 here.

I contacted tech support they asked me to do the same thing. I do not use programs to cheat. I dont use discord or haste or other such things that mess with in game display. I had to reinstall twice before it worked again. I also have an AMD processor maybe that is the problem. Again tech support wanted me to go through a bunch of steps and work for them to even look at my leaver buster ban. Kind of unfair to have me do their job to get rid of an unjust punishment. Just saying this is a problem and has happend before. Would be nice to know why, how to avoid it in the future, and when I need to reinstall which seemed to be the only thing that worked.

Referring to the transition from the loading screen to the game?
If yes, could you list the CPU (Processor) type and GPU type (Graphics card) your machine is equipped with?

Same thing is happening to me. After champ select, I get a critical error. First time this has ever happened to me.

AMD A10-7860k (This is an APU, so I don't have a standalone GPU)

Seems like a reinstall fixes the problem.
