Game does not close

Recently I've been encountering a problem where clicking the X button that so often should close programs, does not close league. This has happened so far in the idle lobby as well as in the picking stage on the a game. Among the other multitude of design flaws riot seems to think are acceptable, oceanic not even having a bug report section and having to use the American one among them (come on riot, I made a forum in 10th grade for an assignment in an afternoon, you can't be THIS incompetent), I'd think being able to close a program would be one of the first things you should check is working properly, or are you so concerned about your playerbase and the gradual decline in your game that you want to actively stop people closing your program?
