PLS send help

Somebody please tell me how to fix this like what the actual F**K also i keep getting some "restart" "shutdown" popup like 2 minutes after i log into league then this happens pls does anybody know how to fix this and dont say report the bug because that is just useless af and wont get sorted for 2 weeks pls and ty x0x <3
