[Gameplay] Caitlyn's Ult party timer

Caitlyn's ult timer in the party UI shows full cooldown time after she used it but couldn't finish the channel, which should give a shorter cooldown. In the custom match i was playing i noticed Caitlyn was using using her ult but in my UI it was still in cooldown.
