[GAMEPLAY] Fizz Urchin Strike Not Doing Damage

While casting Urchin strike on Fizz on a target, the ability is not dealing any damage when it hits them during an escape mechanic. While casting it on an enemy Tristana in an ARAM, Tristana jumped away with Rocket Jump. I landed my Q right as she was jumping away and the ability did zero damage to Tristana. This is the only time I had this problem, but I had another tell me it happened to him when he landed an Urchin Strike during the enemy Flash and ended up doing zero damage. I did have a Lich Bane, not sure if that would affect anything.
