[GAMEPLAY] Shyvanna -Arrow above skills, meant for leveling up, stays after use

I was playing an aram as Shyvanna and used Ctrl + W to level up my W skill. As I did it, the arrow that appears never went away. As you can see in the link, I was level 4, already had 4 points allocated to individual skills but still had the arrow over my W.

This only happened in one game so far so I can't say this is a repeatable bug.
