Katarina Q R and B stop working [Gameplay]

I already saw a post about this but I thought I'd be a bit more specific. I was playing a ranked game doing well as katarina after i picked up my 8th kill with no deaths on a gragas I wasn't able to use my Q my R or my recall. I have no idea what caused this but I tried reconnecting several times, rebinding my abilities, taking them off smartcast, reconnecting on a different computer, clicking to activate my abilities but nothing worked. After about 10 minutes of me being useless to my team an enemy team member suggested I kill myself to see if that helped. After suiciding to red buff I was finally able to use all my abilities again carry on to win the game. I've played katarina several times today without encountering this bug and I have no idea what caused it.
