Hearing things in PvP.net?

I keep hearing the sound effect like someone is leaving my lobby at seemingly random times. In lobby when no one has left, the endgame lobby long after everyone else has left, and even just browsing my profile or the front page. I'm sorry if this is some update I missed, but this has been happening to me since preseason 6 and I can find a rhyme or reason as to why.
