Game Freezes while loading into URF

While attempting to launch urf with friends my game will freeze at roughly 4% loaded in and say I have 13 ping, (don't know if relevant but just listing), I've forced closed through task manager which is the only way to close it, the error message only appears behind the loading screen and can't be viewed, closing the screen removes the error message. I've fully repaired my game many times and did a fresh install and nothing seems to work. I played one game fine but the next game refused to work, I tried angain after that game ended and it broke again, never letting me actually into the game. After I force close the loading screen the game says you have been removed from party and after closing that it says something may be broken and I should repair. I have no idea what to do anymore, please help.
