In-Game freezes

Hi, it's my first time posting and I'm trying to find a solution to this problem.

This has been happening for the last 2 weeks and it's still continuing. So, I start off a match and during early to mid game, my champion and everyone around me is frozen. The minions still attack each other but their health doesn't go down. My ping is normal at 60 and my fps is still high. I tried to reconnect but the client would not let me back in. I tried to update my graphic driver and it still didn't work. I reinstalled and nothing. I don't know what the problem is and I sent a ticket to riot but no response.

Please help me.
