not able to zoom in or out in game.

some time back i needed to disable mouse wheel option in game , because my mouse was giving me hard time (zooming to max on its own ) ,so i found some code and i think i pasted it in input.ini file .now i don't remember how many lines of code were included at that moment , but i noticed now after i got new mouse that i still have problem and i cant zoom in or out anymore on only this account . im not sure whats going on , i tried to delete every line of code related to mouse settings in input.ini file and also game.cfg file , but nothing seems to work , its still disabled.any help apretiated.
