anyone else dont see the new gamemode?

whenever i try to play ARURF (all other gamemodes work) it just shows what is in those 2 gyazo's, no gamemodes at all. i tried to reinstall league but that didnt work. i restarted my pc didnt work as well. ARURF is my favorite gamemode but its sad that i cant play it :(
