I believe penta kills require no one to respawn during the multi kill.

Since he didn't score an ace someone must have respawned before the fifth kill, meaning no penta.

What's worse is when you get the first kill right before someone respawns and runs to the fight, you kill them fifth for the ace and don't get the penta (happened to me in an aram, was my first time on shyvana too)
