[Gameplay] Kindred Mounting Dread on champions only not a thing

So yeah... Ever since release Kindred's E - Mounting Dread has been kinda bugged. If you hold down "target champions only" and target a minion with E (quick use, no indicators), it goes through. If you do the same with, for example, Vayne's Condemn, nothing happens (as it SHOULD be).

Also, sometimes (not exactly rare) if you cast Kindred's E on a target which then flashes away before you get in range, Lamb cast's Mounting Dread on whatever else is behind your target's initial location. Like, very often when ganking - minions.

The only explanation I have for this is if somewhere in the code the spell is targeting the ground, like many abilities do. Mounting Dread is a targeted ability though, so please fix this.
