Lost 4 reps of progress on my Gold and Silver missions

Last night I was playing ARAMs back to back working on my Gold and Silver missions (Complete 12/20 missions) by doing the repeating Fight for Your House mission. I know I was up to at least 10/12 and 10/20 according to my game client but today I signed in to find that they now show 6/12 and 6/20. So I lost 4 missions or 8 ARAM wins?

Update: Upon completing another rep my missions ticked up from 6 directly to 11. So I guessed it sort of fixed itself?

Update 2: It's still occurring and at this point both the number shown in my Missions popup and the number shown in my Next Reward tile on the client's front page are incorrect. The Missions popup will correct itself if I complete another repeating mission, but after restarting the client it goes back to a smaller number. Right now I've done 14 missions, but the home page says I've done 12/20 and the Missions popup says 7/20.
