I used RP to purchase a set of 5 masterwork chests and keys. I clicked "Open 5" and it only gave me 4 items. I have the video saved on my phone, I happened to be recording it to send a snap to my friend of what I was getting from the chests.
UPDATE: I sent the video to my computer, recorded it using OBS and uploaded it to YouTube.
(The last emote is how I felt about it)
mister swift2 votesyou got orange essence twice and it stacked instead of giving you two separate ones. thats why there is so much.
Kazekiba1 votesPerhaps you got two of a single item?
BU Coconutclamp1 votesNo, at the bottom where it has a number of diamonds, indicating how many items you are opening, there were 4 instead of 5. All were different. Two emotes, some orange essence and a skin shard. I'm about to upload the video actually.

So you got Orange Essence and no other loot from one of your boxes. Simple as that.
