froze loading screen

everything works fine, until loading screen then suddenly nobody is actually loading, everyone's still 0 to me but if i wait i can hear people in the game everyone else can see my champ at base, and it says i'm connected but still can't get on tried re-installing and downloaded hextech repair tool, and nothings changed.
