TWISTED FATE practically unplayable

Hi! I don't know how much attention has been brought to this but i believe there's a bug with twisted fate's ultimate?

Every time you use it your cursor will change to the reticle as if you have procd a smart ping and stays as such for a random amount of time although it seems to disappear sometime after your next ultimate activation (although when you activate it again, the bug comes back and repeats)

While seemingly a small nuisance, the reticle change prevents you from left clicking champions to see items/smart pinging in general/jumping your camera to a specific part of the mini map by clicking. Also after a little testing i've found that players not using smart cast can randomly get into situations where you can not cast his Q.

Everything above makes it insanely difficult to play him effectively because everything is detrimental to his ultimate which is a HUGE part of his kit.

Hopefully someone sees this, a lot of players would really appreciate a fix!
