Cant Get Into LOL!!!!

So whenever I click on my League Of Legends shortcut, I see the usual league of legends launcher title, and then it just disapppears. I have tried re-installing, and it still wont work, does anyone know of any fixes? It would be greatly appreciated

Check if your antivirus has blocked the process.

Same thing happened to me right now... But I was in champ select and the game would never load. After I kept clicking the shortcut nothing would happen.
