Champion Select Skin Bug

I found out if you swap champs in the new champ select, if you have a skin. You will acquire a skin you don't have for the game. I picked Ezreal for my friend and he picked me fiddle and we swapped. I got fiddle me timbers which i don't have in game, and my friend got frosted ezreal which he doesn't have. Second game I tried it again except with draven and janna. I had a skin equipped, and I ended up with no skin, and he got a janna skin he doesn't have.
