post game stat screen showing wrong game [CLIENT]

Hi!

After playing a game of LoL it shows the wrong game in the post game screen. This occurs if you looked at an match of team ranked in the match history of a team right before you get queued into a game.

So in the example i was looking at a team ranked game of BuzFut vs NydleG and got queued to play. After this game i did not see the player stats and itemisation of our game but the ones of the game i was checking out before my game startet (so the teamranked game) and also could neither press replay nor see/write the chat. The Grid and Graph sections were working normally.

1. Get into queue to play
2. go onto a match history page of a ranked team and check out the final stats
3. get queued
4. finish game
5. see result

I got this every time i was starting a game with said circumstances.
