[GAMEPLAY] Smart ping bug

Occasionally when I try to smart ping my mouse goes out in a direction I didn't drag it to.

The usual occasion is that the smart ping "drag line" would start directly between 2 of the ping options (on one of the lines that make the "X" of the smart ping ui) instead of at the center of the smart ping ui where it should begin. If you slow the video down all the way at the timestamps in the description, I think you'll be able to notice it. Video

The other occurrence that happens is that my mouse jumps far out in a weird direction. Video

I'm on Windows 10 and the bug still happens after comepletely reinstalling, doing a clean boot, playing with no programs at all running in the background, playing on other accounts and with other mouses.
