[Attempting to Reconnect] Bug

So whenever i get into a league of legends game, my league game (or client) bugs out or something and causes my game to go Attempting to Reconnect... i have taken the matter into my own hands i have tried many ways i could think of but before i list them all my Pc is Capable of running this game and my internet isn't the issue either i'm always in discord talking to friends and they can hear me well and clear during the "Attempting To Reconnect" Phase. so i have tried: Uninstalling the game and Reinstalling Closing all background apps that are running Opening all FireWall access to league Initiate Full Repair on League Client

But sadly none of them has worked and this issue is still continuing after 3 weeks, this is getting out of hand and i keep Attempting To Reconnect in crucial Teamfights/Trades its extremely tilting but it has been leading me to get a Queue Timer/5 Game Ban...

If anyone could be kind enough to help me out or point me in the right direction to look i would highly appreciate it, in all honesty i only ever enjoy playing League i have been playing since 2016 but have never came across this issue.
