[GAMEPLAY] Level 9 Red Trinket Radius Shrinking

For some weeks now, I've noticed the radius of the red trinket is not always as big as it should be after the level 9 upgrade; sometimes it reverts back to the pre-level 9 size.

As far as I can tell, there seems to be a correlation between the radius shrinking and your champion dying, and I notice it in every game I buy the red trinket.
