Keyboard Unresponsive In-Game - input.ini
Hello concerned reader. I have been experiencing this issue since around ten days ago, when I joined a Normal game, well, normally. Except, the shop screen wasn't in front of me. Huh. I pressed P again. Nothing. That's really weird, I thought. I just clicked the gold icon in my screen to open the shop panel, thinking nothing of my P key not behaving normally. I got on my way to the front of my lane. Everything was pretty normal until i tried using my Q to last hit a minion. I suddenly realized what was happening. My QWER, DF, & 1-7 keys were completely unresponsive. Esc, Tab, Enter, and Z were behaving as usual, and I could type normally into the chat, the keys that weren't responding were the only ones that really matter to play the game. I panicked, tried to see if something was wrong with my settings to no avail. Well, I couldn't not do anything, so I started clicking the abilities with my cursor. My team and I lost that game. I was so useless without my keyboard that the player I was going up against was always fed to three or four levels over us.
I searched online for this issue and found no real answer to my problem, but I did see several people talking about a said
INPUT.INI
file (thunder roars and dramatic organ music plays). I looked for the dreaded
INPUT.INI
(thunder roars and dramatic organ music plays) in my League of Legends folder. Oh, the file was there alright. As soon as I opened the Config folder my lights flickered intensely, a cat meowed as it broke a glass vase placed at great height, and my windows and curtains burst open from a sudden gust of wind and rain. There was something wicked about this file and I knew it as soon as I first laid my eyes on it.
I wish not to speak of all the horrors that I encountered in my search of knowledge, a quest for the proper understanding of just what I was dealing with. I will save you the bad night's sleep: I tried using the launcher to fix my files. I entered another game after an hour of repairing, but no, the
INPUT.INI
(thunder roars and dramatic organ music plays) was much too strong. I was unable to play the game still. I tried and tried, until League of Legends I had to re-install. It was no use, it all seemed a ruse. I deleted the file, but it just reappeared after I played a game, for it seems this monster was spawned from the depths of hell. Wait! What was that sound?! Oh no, IT'S HERE!

The date is Saturday, the eighth of November, 2014. I was forced to flee the house. I can no longer play League of Legends. I don't know how longer this will go on. The unspeakable creature lurks everywhere, even when it seems to have vanished, it reappears when you let your guard down. Fear, for it might just strike you next. Fear: THE
INPUT.INI
!!!one!
Alright guys so here's what's really going on. A few days ago my keyboard became unresponsive during a game. I looked up the issue and many people said that this file is the source of the problem. I tried repairing with the launcher, re-installing the game, deleting the file, editing the file, nothing seems to work. Sometimes, when I delete it, I am able to play a game or two normally, but then the issue comes up again. I have been able to fix the issue mid game by leaving the game, deleting the file while in the reconnect screen, and rejoin, but this doesn't always work. When i open the file, every single argument is set to "1" for an unknown reason (evtSmartCastItem2=[1] // evtUseItem2=[1], etc). I tried manually copying the proper text but it just gets reset. I can no longer play the game now, as you become a complete liability for your team. I appreciate any help/solutions, as I'd very much like to be able to play. Thanks.
