[Gameplay] Bard bug?

I'm not sure if those issue ive noticed on bard E are really bug or they were meant to work like That. I've noticed that Bard couln't create a portal on some long wall, so i wondered if theres was a cap on the length it can travel or not. Also when casted on a wall in a bush, the entrace is visible from outside of the said bush. Lots of ability are hidden in bush like Sion Q or Nunu R so just wondered if it was meant to act like this.
